Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
What to Expect During Your Session
If you are new to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, it is completely normal to wonder what the experience feels like. Our premium hard-shell chambers are designed with your absolute comfort and relaxation in mind.
The Three Phases of a Session
A typical session lasts about 60 minutes and follows a gentle, controlled process:
1. Pressurization (The Ascent)
7 Minutes As the chamber slowly fills with air to reach its optimal therapeutic pressure, you will feel a slight pressure change in your ears—very similar to taking off in an airplane or driving up a mountain. Simply swallowing, yawning, or gently clearing your ears will instantly equalize the pressure.
2. Treatment Depth (Pure Relaxation)
45 Minutes Once the target pressure is reached, the ear sensation stops completely. You will put on a lightweight, comfortable oxygen mask or hood to breathe pure, concentrated oxygen. During this time, you can read, listen to music, meditate, or take a peaceful nap. Our chambers feature large viewing windows so the space feels bright and open.
3. Depressurization (The Descent)
7 Minutes At the end of your session, the pressure is gradually and safely reduced back to normal room levels. Your ears will naturally adjust on their own. When the doors open, you can step out and immediately continue with your day.
How You Will Feel Afterward
Most clients leave their session feeling deeply refreshed, mentally alert, and physically energized. Because hyperbaric therapy floods your system with oxygen, it actively jumpstarts your cellular recovery from the moment you step out.
